- Transportation services shall be considered cancelled in the event of non-payment of the full transportation fee as determined by the school administration before the official start of the school year.
- The school administration reserves the right to cancel transportation services if the registered address is difficult to access, if traffic directions are modified, if infrastructure works or excavations are present, or if any circumstance prevents the bus from reaching the student’s residence, endangers student safety, or causes delays in students’ arrival at school. In such cases, the fees corresponding to the remaining school days shall be refunded and calculated by the financial administration according to the actual circumstances.
- Transportation services are provided solely between the school and the residential address registered for the student. In the event of a change of the registered address, the transportation service shall be considered cancelled, and the parent or guardian shall be responsible for transporting the student to and from school.
- The transportation fee shall be paid in full for both the first and second academic semesters. In the event that the student withdraws from the transportation service, no refund or compensation shall be granted.
- If a student violates public conduct standards, engages in disputes or fights with other students on the bus, or fails to comply with the instructions of the transportation supervisor regarding student safety and security, the student shall receive a warning and the parent or guardian shall undertake to prevent recurrence. If the violation is repeated more than three times, transportation services shall be cancelled without any right to a refund or compensation.
- The student must be ready to board the bus at the designated time communicated by the transportation supervisor through the transportation group. The bus shall not wait at the designated stop for more than three minutes.
- Parents or guardians are not entitled to request that the driver or transportation supervisor wait for a student or delay the bus beyond the scheduled route and timetable communicated to families.
- In the event that a student causes any damage, breakage, or vandalism to the bus, the parent or guardian shall be responsible for repairing or compensating for such damage. The parent or guardian shall also bear all legal consequences arising from failure to cover the cost of the damages.
- The school administration reserves the right to suspend transportation services in cases of emergency, severe weather conditions, force majeure events, or official holidays and closures announced by the Ministry of Education, in order to ensure student safety.
- The school administration reserves the right, in circumstances beyond its control, to modify routes or delay transportation services until the cause of the risk has been resolved, while informing parents and guardians of the reasons for the delay through the designated transportation communication channels.
