School terms

Please read the agreement terms carefully before continuing and accepting them.

  1. All information and official documents submitted for student registration shall be considered accurate and valid and shall be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. If it is proven otherwise, Al-Adham Private School shall bear no legal or civil liability arising from inaccurate information or documents related to the registration process. The parent or guardian shall also be required to provide all missing official documents, obtain all necessary approvals, submit a complete student transfer record from the previous school, and complete all procedures required for registration.
  2. The parent or guardian shall complete the student’s medical file accurately before the beginning of the academic year and shall inform the school administration and the school physician of any chronic illnesses or any emergency medical developments concerning the student. Any student absence due to illness must be justified in writing with a medical report. The school administration reserves the right to refuse the student’s attendance if the student is diagnosed with a disease that may threaten the general safety of other students. Medical file information shall be treated with complete confidentiality within the school administration.
  3. The annual fee, including registration fees and service fees, shall be determined and paid in full before the beginning of the academic year in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Education.
  4. The student shall not be entitled to recover any amount paid to Al-Adham Private School after the first official day of attendance in the academic year in the event of withdrawal, dropout, dismissal for disciplinary reasons, or behavioral misconduct, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 55 of 2004 and its implementing regulations.
  5. In the event of withdrawal from the school or transfer to another school before the official start of the academic year, the parent or guardian may recover all amounts paid, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 55 of 2004 and its implementing regulations.
  6. If the annual school fees are not paid within thirty days from the beginning of the academic year, the student shall be considered dismissed and shall not be entitled to continue attending school, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 55 of 2004 and its implementing regulations.
  7. Transportation services shall be determined before the beginning of the academic year, and their fees and conditions shall be governed by a separate transportation agreement. Students shall not be entitled to use transportation services if transportation fees have not been paid. In the event of non-payment, responsibility for transporting the student to and from school shall rest entirely with the parent or guardian at their own expense. The school administration also reserves the right to refuse transportation services for any student whose residence cannot be safely reached by the school bus due to road conditions, emergency construction works, excavations, or any circumstances preventing safe access. In such cases, the parent or guardian shall be responsible for delivering and collecting the student from the nearest safe point accessible to the school bus.
  8. Students and parents or guardians shall comply with all instructions and communications directed to them in writing or through the various communication channels designated by the school administration, particularly those relating to examination schedules, academic obligations, unexcused absences, and all matters related to the educational process. Any failure to comply with such instructions shall result in the consequences prescribed by the applicable rules and regulations.
  9. Students shall attend and leave the school premises in accordance with the school schedule and shall comply with the official school uniform requirements. In the event of late arrival, failure to comply with the approved uniform policy, or unexcused absence, the student shall be recorded as absent without valid justification. A student may be permanently dismissed from school if the legally permitted absence limits are exceeded. Neither the student nor the parent or guardian shall be entitled to request make-up lessons or examinations missed as a result of unexcused absences, and all legal procedures prescribed by the Ministry of Education shall apply.
  10. Students who have not completed payment of tuition fees, received books, stationery, and school uniforms, or completed the required registration documents before the start of the academic year shall not be permitted to attend school. The school administration reserves the right to cancel the student's registration in the event of non-compliance, and neither the student nor the parent or guardian shall be entitled to claim registration or compensation as a result.
  11. Any matters not specifically addressed herein shall be governed by the applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and directives issued by the Ministry of Education and all related authorities concerning the proper conduct of the educational process.
